Then roast it in oil and remove it from the pan as soon as it turns brown. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cover the meat with the prepared sauce and cook it for 2 to 3 hours in the oven at 150 \u00b0C. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Let it cool down for 10 minutes as soon as it\u2019s completely cooked. Remove the garlic and onion from the meat\u2019s surface and mix it with the sauce.
