Une des coutumes des Iraniens pour la soir\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la nouvelle ann\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 consommer du riz aux herbes et du poisson. Cette nourriture prise \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 est une philosophie qui vient de nos anciennes croyances.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Beaucoup de gens croient que cette tradition trouve son origine dans l'histoire du proph\u00e8te Salomon et de son anneau. Celle-ci rappelle qu'il faut chercher \u00e0 nouveau l'anneau de Salomon; elle repr\u00e9sente en fait les efforts des \u00eatres humains pour atteindre le grand nom de l'amour qui se trouve li\u00e9 \u00e0 Norouz (Nouvel An perse) et \u00e0 la renaissance du printemps.<\/p>\n\n<p>Salomon poss\u00e9dait un anneau qui permettait aux d\u00e9mons et aux f\u00e9es d'\u00eatre \u00e0 son service. Un jour, un d\u00e9mon se d\u00e9guisa en Salomon, prit son anneau et monta sur le tr\u00f4ne. Le d\u00e9mon jeta l'anneau dans la mer de sorte qu'il ne puisse tomber entre les mains du proph\u00e8te Salomon.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, Salomon tenta de convaincre les gens qu'un d\u00e9mon \u00e9tait assis \u00e0 sa place et avait jet\u00e9 son anneau \u00e0 la mer. Mais personne ne crut Salomon; celui-ci se dirigea alors vers la mer et commen\u00e7a \u00e0 p\u00eacher. Apr\u00e8s un certain temps, Salomon attrapa un poisson; il lui ouvrit les entrailles et d\u00e9couvrit son anneau.<\/p>\n\n<p>Quelque temps plus tard, les gens constat\u00e8rent que le v\u00e9ritable Salomon  n'\u00e9tait pas dans la ville ni assis sur son tr\u00f4ne. Au treizi\u00e8me jour, le d\u00e9mon fut sorti de son lit et tous quitt\u00e8rent la ville pour remettre Salomon sur son tr\u00f4ne. C'est en raison de cette histoire que, depuis, les Perses mangent du poisson le soir pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la nouvelle ann\u00e9e dans l'espoir de trouver la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de mieux la comprendre.<\/p>\n\n<p>La m\u00e9decine perse traditionnelle pr\u00e9conise de consommer des olives en m\u00eame temps que le poisson \u00e0 temp\u00e9rament froid afin de neutraliser ce froid. En outre, elle conseille \u00e9galement de d\u00e9guster des dattes au dessert en tant que correcteur suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9decine perse traditionnelle conseille aux habitants des contr\u00e9es froides et en hiver de consommer un grand nombre d'aliments \u00e0 temp\u00e9rament
