Le safran est une \u00e9pice qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e dans presque tous les plats \u2013 plus souvent, mieux c\u2019est! Il ne devrait pas manquer dans une bonne cuisine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">L\u2019association du safran et de l\u2019eau de rose poss\u00e8de un effet r\u00e9chauffant et est donc id\u00e9ale en hiver.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Mettre une 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de safran dans un demi-litre d'eau bouillie et faire infuser une heure.
